Have your say on proposals to develop the High Lane site
Bloor Homes held a public consultation event on the proposals for development on land east of High Lane, Stansted Mountfitchet, in February 2025, ahead of submitting a full planning application, targeted for Spring 2025. The consultation focused on the principle of development and potential benefits for the community.
This provided the local community an opportunity to learn more about the plans for the site, as well as to ask any questions to the project team directly. A feedback form was also provided at the community consultation event, but if you have any further comments then please get in touch.

Public consultation event.

Feedback collation and review by the project team.

Submission of planning application to Uttlesford District Council.
Summer 2025
Anticipated determination of planning application.
Spring 2026
Construction to commence on site.
Autumn 2027
Anticipated first new homes completed.
